He was predeceased by: his brother Herbert Emery; and his wife Irene. He is survived by: his children, James Emery (Karlan), Judith Cleland (Claude) and Janelle Bedolla (Larry); his grandchildren, Michele, Jeff, Bobbie Jo, Bambi, Janessa, Janeana, Jada, Kayla, Brandi and Michael; his great grandchildren, Makenna Mae, Olivia Mae, Dillon Mae, Blayden Mae, Skyler Mae, Brantley Mae, Avary Mae, Lily Mae, Nakyshia Mae, Tristan Mae, Alahna Mae, Allison Mae, Noah Mae and Sadie Mae; and his great great grandchild Archer.
