Lorretta Irene Kandell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2023, at the age of 88, Lorretta Irene Kandell (Brooklyn, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Don Merrill and Dorothy Merrill (Eames); her stepfather Kenneth Tompkins; her husband Gerald R. Kandell; her children, Kathryn Raffensberger, Gerald Kandell Jr. (Terri), Danny Kandell, Jimmy Kandell (Mary), John Kandell and Matthew Kandell (Amy); and her siblings, Sharon Neible and William "Bill" Tompkins. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
