He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tate and Kathleen Tate (McCrosky). He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Kester; his children, Tom Yeider (Beth) and Rebecca Burnett (Grant); and his brother Tom Tate. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
