It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry W. Clifton of Brooklyn, Michigan, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry A. Clifton and Pearl J. Clifton (Baquet); and his brother Rick Clifton. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Daniel Clifton (Kat) of Lakeland, FL, Dana Powers of Freeburg, IL and Michael Clifton (Stephanie) of Belleville, IL; his siblings, Ralph Clifton (Diane) of Bloomfield Hills, MI and Linda Duco-Hammel (Tom) of Millstadt, IL; his sister-in-law Debra Clifton of Belleville, IL; his grandchildren, Joe Clifton, Justine Clifton, Amanda Watson, Stephanie Maslanka and Jack Clifton; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Killian Maslanka, William and Violet Watson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
