He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Tricia (Kayla), Rachel (Brad), Nick (Alyssa) and Zach (Nicole); his siblings, Dean Eddy, Annette Mattison (Jim), Sherry, Diane Gattshall (Danny) and Amanda Labun (John); his mother-in-law Bonnie McCabe; his sister-in-law Vicki McCabe; and his grandchildren, Kiyami, Colton, Zeke, Declan, Owen, Raelee, Lainee, Josie, Lexi and Smith. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
