He is survived by: his children, Michael Conklin (Beverly) of Brooklyn and Carolyn Conklin of Maumee; his grandchildren, Scott Conklin, Heather Zirkle (Tim) and Quinn Conklin; his great grandchildren, Adam, Evan, Cayden and Chase; and his siblings-in-law, Keith and Marilyn Berkebile.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home- Whitehouse Chapel (6603 Providence St, Whitehouse, OH 43571).
