She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Riggs; her sons, Kenneth Reed Riggs and Gary Riggs; and her siblings, James Moore, Vernon Moore and Karen Crowder.
She is survived by: her children, Lily Riggs, Robert Riggs (Jan), Lora Clark (Jim) and Vernon Riggs; and her siblings, Colin Moore (Debbie) and Sherry Manard (Keith). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
