He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernor Phillips and Hetti Phillips (Wood); and his siblings, Jim, Buck, Clint, Vernell, Laura May and Violet.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Phillips; his sons, Barry Phillips (Tandy), Brian Phillips (Ronda) and Brett Phillips (Christine); and his brother Garry Phillips (Betsey). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Onsted American Legion Post #550 or Cornerstone Community Church.
