It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Kozar (Brooklyn, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 5, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. and Frances Kozar, Sr. (Barcic); his significant other Anna Robley-Hunt; and his brothers, Charles, Johnny and Nick Kozar.
He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Gray (Keith), David Hunt (Mary), Bill Hunt (Nancy), Diane Szostek, Sylvia Jennings and Elaine Wilson (Jerry); and his siblings, Steve Kozar, Mary Murdock and Josie Halkiewicz. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson as well as many nieces and nephews.
