He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Monahan and Irene Monahan (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Paruch; his children, Mike Monahan (Jamie) of Luck and Michelle Walker (Tom) of Horton, Michigan.; his sisters, Kay Larson (Mike) of Mankato, Sheri Simon (Jerry) of Somerset, Patti O'Connell of Hudson and Barbara Silvagni of Carolina Beach; and his grandchildren, Jayke Monahan (Alex), Brynlee Monahan, Erik, Lorraine and Andrew Howe.
