He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Clark and Lucille Clark (Welch); and his brothers, Cecil, Herman and Norman Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Miriam Phillips; his children, Michael Clark, Dan Clark (Cindy) and Norma Jean Clark; and his siblings, Eddie, Ronnie Clark and Edna Pennock. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
