With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Jean Hartman (Brooklyn, Michigan), who passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Annette Clara Karnaz (Leszczynski) and Joseph Karnaz; her grandparents, Joseph 'Jadik' and Eva 'Busia Leszczynski; her brother James Karnaz; her husband Mike Hartman; her aunts, Cel and Genia; her daughter Dawn Jean Karnaz; her grandson Zachery Karnaz (Jennifer); her brothers, Joseph Karnaz (Lisé) and William Karnaz (Denise); her cousin Barb Reynolds (Jeff); her sister-in-law Rosemary Karnaz; and also Cooper.
The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, that monetary donations in Donna's memory be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), or to Sisters of the Blessed Sacrament Founded by Saint Katharine Drexel (https://www.katharinedrexel.org).
