He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Canup (Ryle); his sister Jodi McMullen (Canup); his wife Nadine (Bonkowski); his children, Jeffery Bonkowski (Vanessa), Dawn, David Jr. (Shannon), Jason (Miranda), Timothy (Jennifer) and William; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Angeleah, Conner, Samantha, Nick, Ryan, Katy, Melissa, Will, Landon, Logan and Carson. He is also survived by his aunts, and cousins, and many friends.
