He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Dreud and Ione Dreud (Allen); his adoptive parent Leaon Wilkins; his wife Rosalind Perrine; his sons, Rodney and Mark Wilkins; his granddaughter Jennifer Wilkins; his great grandchild Rodney Wilkins; and his brother Allen Baxter.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Wilkins (Penny), Wayne Wilkins (Karen) and Wendy Deverell (Mike); his brothers, Marvin Baxter and Bruce Baxter; and his grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Stephanie, Amanda, Robert, Justin, Katlynn, Jessica, Cameron, Benjamin, Karla, Adam, Wayne, Karissa, Marc and Michelle. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial Contribution for Clifford may be made to Heart of the Lakes Church or Henry Ford Hospice House.
