He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Kane (Wood); and his brother Jeff Palmer. He is survived by: his father Loran Kane; his wife Jennifer Kane; his children, Dalton Kane (Ashley) of South Bend, Kayla Deter (Zac) of Coldwater and Alyssa Kane of Mendon; his siblings, Jim Palmer (Nancy) of Three Rivers, Cherrie Shaw (Steven) of Burr Oak and Michael Kane (David Switalski) of Niles; and his close friends, Mike Bercaw, Don McCoi, Joe and Dave Rubley.
