He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Norris and Barbara A. Norris (Duodt); and his daughter Amy Bowlen. He is survived by: his wife Glema Norris; his siblings, Becky Handshoe and Joni Snyder (Steve); his uncle Mike Doudt; his sons, Barry Kaiser and Florentino Ontiveros (Amanda King); and his granddaughters, Litzel and Yaritza Ontiveros. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
