He is survived by: his children, Michael Joyner of Hartford, MI and Kimberly Adams (Doug) of Chesterton, IN; his sister Tina Kolassa of Bronson; his half-sister Pat Muniz of Battle Creek; his grandchildren, Ashley Adams, John Adams, Joscelyn Adams, Janae Joyner and Jaedyn Joyner; his great grandchild Esmeralda Harding; his niece Angela Wonders; and his nephews, Jake Kolassa and Kevin Schorey.

Memorials may be directed to the Humane Society of Branch County.
