He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Owens and Bessie Owens (Riemenschneider); and his wife Wanda Owens. He is survived by: his sons, David and James Owens; and his stepdaughters, Lori Perez, Trena Johnson and Carla Fisher. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
