He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Ottis and Minnie Mae Caudill (Johnson); and his siblings, Bobby Caudill, Dean Caudill, James Caudill, Villean Maples, Corean Foudray and Roxanne Fetters.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Wiles; his children, Jerry Caudill, Jr. of Sturgis, Eric Caudill (Jessie) of Sturgis, Ashley Newman (Jason) of Dewey, AZ, Trevor Caudill of Rocky Mountain, NC, Anita Ruffin (Trevor) of Elm City, NC and Jeremiah Caudill of Hermiston, OR; and his siblings, Denny Caudill (Ruby) of Bronson, Paul Caudill (Karen) of Ontario, IN, Barbara Perry (Roger) of Lafollette, TN, Terry Caudill of Bronson and Debby Bohl (Danny) of Flemingsburg, KY.
