He is survived by: his wife Catherine Bolton (Kaiser); his sons, Jacob Bolton (Susan) of Arlington and Nicholas Bolton (Erica) of Roswell, Georgia; his grandchildren, George Joseph, Mary Elizabeth, Sylvia Marion and Maris Jones; and his brother Bradley Bolton of Hudsonville. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar First Presbyterian Church (120 Pine St, Paw Paw, MI 49079). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (120 Pine St, Paw Paw, MI 49079).
He dedicated himself to community service, coaching Little League, driving a bus for the Hackett School athletic program, serving as a Boy Scout adult leader, and donating bone marrow and over fifteen gallons of blood.
