It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eli Schwartz of Bronson, Michigan, born in Burton, Ohio, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian "Butch" and Elizabeth Schwartz (Hostetler); his son-in-law Jason Wagner; and his siblings, Marie Schwartz, David and Levi Schwartz.
He is survived by: his former wives, Clara M. Mast and Connie Harvey; his children, Duane Schwartz (Diane) of Howe, Dean Schwartz of Bronson, Debra Lehman (David) of Centreville, Tammy Gascho (Kevin) of Three Rivers, Derek Schwartz (Jamie) of Zeeland, Lisa Huber (Christian) of Wheatfield, Johnathan Schwartz of Three Rivers, Heidi Schwartz of Burr Oak and Robert Schwartz of Kalamazoo; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Schwartz of Sea Grove; his siblings, Chris Schwartz (Edna), Lester Schwartz (Nanci), Ray Schwartz (Sandra), John Schwartz (Joyce), James Schwartz (Gloria) and Barbara Hooley (John); and his close friends, Lilah Blentlinger and Teddy Barrone. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.
