He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred J Cloum and Clara E. Cloum (Engel); and his brothers, James Cloum, Anthony Cloum and Robert Cloum.
He is survived by: his daughter Valerie Cartwright (Robert); his siblings, Alfred Cloum, Jr. and Gloria Bussell (Paul); his close friends, Richard Zubkoff (Leslie) and Jamie Jablonski; and his grandchildren, Lee Cartwright and Bridgett Washburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
