He was predeceased by: his father Larry Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Leslie; his daughters, Hannah, Jenna and Carolyn; and his mother Patricia Leslie.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Church (7028 Oakland Dr, Portage, MI 49024).
Memorial contributions may be given to the SPCA of Kalamazoo.
