William Okey Preece Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Okey Preece of Britton, Michigan, born in Inez, Kentucky, who passed away on May 8, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Preece and Essie Mae Preece (Blackburn); his sibling Besides; and his son Billy Preece. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Caldwell; his daughters, Cindy Preece of Louisville, KY and Stacey Preece (Kelly Anderson) of Dundee; his grandchildren, Justin Preece of Britton, Terra Mendelsohn (Josh) of Louisville, Tyler Williams (Brittany) of Britton, Megan Preece (Shane Lowe) of Britton and Mandie Williams (Justin Murray) of Milan; and his great grandchildren, Jaylen, Vivian, Grayson and Maddie. He is also survived by seven siblings.
