It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Irene German of Britton, Michigan, born in Adrian, Michigan, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hannah and Beulah Hannah (Garber); her husband Robert German; her siblings, Raymond, Jerry, Harry, Donald Hannah, Doris Harriot and Marian Butchart; and her half-siblings, Mike Hannah and Brenda Hannah.
She is survived by: her children, Robert German (Tammy) of Tipton, Russell German of Tecumseh, Susan Powell (Carl Shemwell) of Clinton and Alice Lee of Tecumseh; her sister Ruth Teller of Monroe; her half-sister Vickie Henson of Adrian; her grandchildren, Anthony Lee (Sherrie), Tara Reid (Eric), Kaley German (Eric DeJohnge) and Drew Powell (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Sam, Kaleb, Dayne, Noah, Gabriel, Adele and Joseph.
