He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Price and Emma Price (Meyer); his wife Deborah J. Medley; his sister Donna Price; and his brother-in-law Ray Lorenz.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Garner (Brad) of Britton and Lee Ann Price of Britton; his grandchildren, Nicole, Brandon and Justin Garner; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Journie and Jase Garner; and his siblings, Linford Price (Mary) of Milan and Dorothy Lorenz of Britton.
