He was predeceased by: his stepfather Max Morden. He is survived by: his parents, Patrick John Marty and Sharron Kay Morden (Confer); his wife Marilyn Cruz; his sons, Dakota Scott-Michael Marty and Anthony Andrew Marty; and his siblings, Mike, Tom and Linda.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Handler Funeral Home-Tecumseh Chapel (313 W Pottawatamie St, Tecumseh, MI 49286). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
