He was predeceased by: his father Charles L. Shepard. He is survived by: his mother Grace Shepard (Villanueva); his children, Charles Shepard, Jr. and Isabella Shepard; his brother Jeff Diaz; his girlfriend Tasha Wilson; his nieces, Brianna Diaz and Mariah Diaz; and his nephew Aaron Diaz.
