He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Nilwen and Iva Lucille Bishop (Crick); his son David Bishop; and his grandsons, Troy Leix and Jeff Gibbs.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Carolyn Swicker; his children, Lori Quinn (Anthony) of Birch Run, MI, Steven Bishop of St. Augustine, FL and Janice Cuthbert (Michael) of Lakeville, MN; his daughters-in-law, Becky Bishop of Pinetta, FL and Doris Bishop of Adrian, MI; his sisters, Luella Rundell (John) of Winston Salem, NC and Sharon Hack (Gary) of Hinkley, OH; and his aunt Doris Bishop of Sebring, FL.
