He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Bower and Estelle Bower (Jackson); and his brother Allen Bower. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his sons, Charles Bower (Tashala) of Ft. Campbell, KY and John Bower (Elizabeth) of Macon, MI; his stepson Joseph Jahnke of Toledo, OH; and his sister Arlene Martolock of Adrian, MI. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
