It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Anthony Kanitz of Britton, Michigan, born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on July 2, 2021, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Jerry Murphy and Robert Kanitz; and his uncle Tim Murphy. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Kanitz and Anna Marie Kanitz (Murphy); his sister Krystal Kanitz; his niece Kennedy Lenart; and his significant other Karley Gruden of Britton.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for donations to a charity at a later date.
