He is survived by: his wife Marjatta Hyvarinen (Pennanen); his daughters, Donna J Weatherly (George) of Brimley, MI and Kathy D Blalock (Randy) of Sault Ste; his grandchildren, Jamie, Diana, Kelsi, Douglas Jr. and Holli; his great grandchildren, Samantha, Baylie, Hunter, Ezra V, Ryker, Aurora, Isabelle, Kyleigh and Ashton; his sister-in-law Sirkka Liisa Smith; and his siblings, Jacob Hyvarinen (Jo Nell) of Rochester Hills, MI, Rudy Hyvarinen (Darlene) of Dafter, MI., John Hyvarinen (Alberta) of Owosso, MI, Robert Hyvarinen (Jeanne) of Vermontville, Donald Hyvarinen (Ila) of Durand, MI., Delores Grim (Jimmie) of Glendale, AZ and Linda Hovi (George) of Sudbury, Ontario.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
