She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lawson (Annie Lawson) and Annie Lawson (Greer); her husband Donald Forrest; her siblings, Vernon Lawson, John Lawson and Betty Aldrich (Ray); and her siblings-in-law, Bonita Lawson and Robert Dickinson.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Forrest of Metro Detroit, Carla McFarland (Coty) of Tennessee, Renea Forrest of Metro Detroit, Michigan and Corey Forrest (Flint) of Metro Detroit; her brother Ronald Lawson; her siblings-in-law, Gary Forrest (Pat), Sandra Lawson, Marcia Lawson, Mary Dickinson, Nancy Parks (Phil) and Irene Forrest; and her grandchildren, Anna Bridges (Grayson) and Forrest McFarland. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and/or Hospice of the EUP, 308 W. 12th Ave., Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan 49783.
