She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Tomaszewski and Sophia Tomaszewski; her siblings, Raymond Tomaszewski, John Tomaszewski, Regina Krupiarz, Sylvester Tomaszewski (Eugene Dykhouse) and Flip; her son Jerome; her grandchildren, John Paul and Amy; and her great grandchild Hank.

She is survived by: her husband Gene; her children, Jenni Madden (Wayne) of Goulais River, Ontario, Marianne Gay (Ed) of Eaton Rapids, Paul Ignatowski (Robin) of Sault Ste and John Ignatowski of Escanaba; and her stepchildren, Dennis Dykhouse of Hudsonville, Debbie Bailey (Randy) of Houston and Richard Dykhouse (Julie) of Lowell, Michigan.. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and thirty-one great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the My Michigan Medical Center Sault Intensive Care Unit.
