She was predeceased by: her husband Frank; her son Gary; her parents, Leonard Ujenski and Angeline Ujenski; her nephew David; and also Cio-Cia.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tom Van Dorn, Jr., Brad Van Dorn and Morgan Fox; her great grandchild Cooper Charles Paquin-Van; her brother Raymond Ujenski (Priscilla); her niece Lisa Finstrom; her nephew Noah Finstrom; and also, Hannah Finstrom and Isabella Finstrom.
