She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnett Tinsley and Alice Tinsley (Marsh); her husband George Bowen Sr.; her daughter Mindy Sebastian; her grandchildren, Billy Cameron and Jessi Dorsett; and her siblings, Samuel Carlisle, Tim Tinsley and Marsha Wiser.
She is survived by: her children, George Bowen, Jr., Perri Cooper (Arthur), Robin Farris (Fred) of Bradley, SD, Jill Dorsett of Denton, TX, Honesty Willis of Bay Mills, Jesse Bowen (Lori) of Bay Mills and Noah Bowen (Marilyn) of Bay Mills; her son-in-law Terry Sebastian of Sugar Island, MI; and her siblings, Demaris Richardson (Alex) of Newberry and John Carlisle (Barb) of Brimley. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren and one great-grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews.
