He is survived by: his children, Robert Forrest, Roger Forrest, Ross Forrest (Janet), Raymond Forrest and Rachelle Forrest; his sister Lila Royer (Ray); his grandchildren, Andy, Ivy, Ashley, John, Eric, Desiree, Jordan, Jamie, Janelle, Samantha and Jimmy; and his great grandchildren, Adlee, Colton, Aston, Jason, Makenzie, Persephone, Roxanne and Kai-Lynn.
