She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Ojala and Alma Ojala (Nivala); and her siblings, Reuben Ojala, Jr., Cecil Ojala, Gloria Cottle, Eleanor Ojala and Clarence Ojala.
She is survived by: her husband Jim McKiddie; her daughter Roxie Halvorsen (Jim) of Brimley; her granddaughters, Lauren and Autumn; and her siblings, Margaret Mathews (Marie) of Sault Ste, Mildred Upchurch of Leesburg and Stanley Ojala of Portage. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to: First Congregational Church in Brimley.
