He is survived by: his parents, Debra Carrick and William Carrick; his daughter Kalie Nicole Behnke; and his siblings, Dustin Behnke (Ginny) and Kelsi Palo (Rick). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, and his many aunts and uncles.
