He was predeceased by: his son Scott Young (Sandra); his granddaughter Elizabeth Young; his brother David Young (late Barbara); and his parents, Joseph Sherwood and Electa Frances Young.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Young (Jody Koogle) and Stephen Young (Diana); his grandchildren, Nissel Baker, Melanie Woodford (Michael), Tom Haskell, Schad Young (Stephanie), Kevin Young, Maggie Haskell, Rebecca Mitchell (Jason), Joseph Young (Melissa Griffen), Sarah Pope (Jake), Ammon Koogle, Ansel Koogle, Michelle Satterley (Chris) and Michael Good (Ashley); his great grandchildren, Kash Young, Kamas Baker, James Baker, Noah Baker, Elizabeth Woodford, Alex Woodford, Charlie Woodford, Katy Woodford, Alexis Young, Connor Young, Matrim Young, Sophie Mitchell, Caitlyn Mitchell, Wesley Mitchell, Olivia Pope, David Pope, Desmond Haskell, Oliver Siddall, Emerson Siddall, Ayden Siddall, Ethan Satterley, Colin Satterley, Olivia Good, Rosalie Good, Gabriella Good and Valorie Good; his siblings, Sherwood Young (late Muriel) and Lynda Westover (Glen); and also Joseph. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
