He is survived by: his significant other Cara; his sons, Owen (Hannah) and Jeremy; his stepchildren, Payton, Scott, Autumn and Michaela (Austin); and his siblings, Cheryl Kucharek (Frank), Jeff Carey (Julie), Dale Carey (Robin) and Lynn Welker (Ronald). He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
