She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Phillips and Kathryn Phillips (Scruggs). She is survived by: her husband George Woods; her children, Julianne Cochran (James), Christina (Bob), Kathryn Granat (Jeff), Allissa Clark (Casey), George Micah and Josiah (Alexandria); her godson Azeem Shahid; her grandchildren, Kourey, Nikolai, Feliks, Samantha, Emma and Joseph; and her siblings, Paul Phillips (Dee), Elisabeth Wagner, Jim Phillips and Kay Hall (Don). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
