We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Jean Carpenter of Brighton, Michigan, born in Chatham, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Wiley and Gladys Louise Elgie (Kivell). She is survived by: her husband Thurman Lon Carpenter; her children, Susan Cipponeri (Bill), Rev. Edward Carpenter (Doreen), Rev. Edwin Carpenter (Jackie) and Jeff Carpenter; her sister Mary Rabideau; her daughter Loretta Woodward; and her siblings, Walt, Jake, Bev and Joyce. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, numerous great, and great-great grandchildren.
