She was predeceased by: her parents, George Nielsen and Sylvia Nielsen; her grandson Kevin Henderlong; and her siblings, Lawrence Nielsen, Virgil Nielsen (Marie), Betty Maxwell, George Nielsen, Jr. (Marge) and Joy Rayburn (Dan).
She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Henderlong; her children, Michael Henderlong (Betty), Patrick Henderlong (Connie), Shawn Henderlong (Susan) and Kathleen Von Voigtlander (Jeff); her grandchildren, Jason Henderlong (Nicole), Brian Henderlong, Diana Pace (Jason), Daniel Henderlong (Ashley), Dr. Dawn Kuszynski (Matt), David Henderlong, Nicholas Henderlong, Jacob Henderlong, Jeff Von Voigtlander, II (Tabatha) and Jennifer Von Voigtlander; and her siblings, Dawn Stucki (David), Dr. Forrest Nielsen (Emily), Wendy Hellwig (Glen) and Dr. Glenn Nielsen (Sue).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Keehn-Griffin Funeral Home (706 W Main St, Brighton, MI 48116). A memorial service was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
