He is survived by: his wife Caroline Masternack; his children, Karen Johnston, Darren Johnston (Angie) and Diane Trujillo (Matthew); his siblings, Bruce, Mark, Tim and Sue; his grandchildren, Devyn, Lauren, Alex, Luke, Gavin and Christian; and his former wife Caroline Johnston.
