He is survived by: his wife Janelle Collins; his sons, Michael Collins (Kelly) and Richard Collins (Jill); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Collins (Noelle), Joshua Collins, Heather Patton (Richie), David Collins (Katie), Christopher Collins (Amber) and Nicole Chapman (Keagan). He is also survived by his 17 great grandchildren.
