He was predeceased by: his parents, William John Beitel and Elin Beitel (Sundin). He is survived by: his wife Judy Beitel (Froehlich); his children, Cheryl Wickliffe (Lawrence), Robert James Jr. Beitel (Colette), Susan Henderlong (Shawn) and John Beitel (Wendy); his siblings, Ronald Beitel, William Beitel (Pat) and Regina Blitz (Stanley); his grandchildren, David, Matthew, JoAnna, Erica, Andrea, Nicholas, Jacob and Regan; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Karissa, Blake and Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
