He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kuklewski and Dorothy Kuklewski (Kisankiewicz). He is survived by: his wife Janet Holben; his children, Keri Bennett (Bob) and Kristopher Kuklewski (Nicole); his grandchildren, Lucas, Brianne Bennett, Hunter and Reeves Kuklewski; and his siblings, Dennis Kuklewski (Joyce) and Mary Ann Coy (Steve).
