We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2021, at the age of 60, Phillip Watters (Brighton, Michigan), born in Howell, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bruce Watters Sr. and Betty Watters (Santana); his daughter Beth Ann Watters; his siblings, Dawn Kern (Richard), Bruce Watters Jr. (Michelle) and Dee Macumber (Michael); and his grandchildren, Austin, Bam and Hope. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Angels of Hope organization.
