He is survived by: his father Orville Carter; his siblings, LuAnn Siira (Daryl) and Larry Carter (Cindy); his stepchildren, Nick Lafehr, Amanda Lafehr and Steve Lafehr; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Oestreich (Ashley), Ricky Oestreich, Eddie Carter, Amanda Ortiz (Nick) and Maryanne Rathbun (Jay). He is also survived by his family and friends.
